Sie suchen einen neuen Job als Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)?

  • IHRE AUFGABEN:
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Angebotsnachverfolgung und umfassender Customer Service
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -aufträgen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auftragsbearbeitung über unser ERP-System
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Überwachung und Anpassung von Kunden-Forecasts
  • Steuerung der Listung- und Aktionsartikel über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • IHR PROFIL:
  • Neben einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Kaufmann Groß- und Außenhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation verfügen Sie bereits über erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme, Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
