Wir suchen ab sofort in Frankfurt am Main eine/n Mitarbeiter*in (w/m/d) Bereich Erbbaurechte.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) der Fachrichtungen Public
  • Administration, Rechtswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare
  • Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Erbbaurechten ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Dienst ist wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere der MS Office-Programme
  • Selbstständige, sehr sorgfältige und termingerechte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise

Aufgaben

  • Sachbearbeitung von Erbbaurechtsangelegenheiten
  • Anpassung des Erbbauzinses an Hand der vereinbarten Wertsicherungsklausel
  • Berechnung des angepassten Erbbauzinses
  • Erstellung der Anschreiben an die Vertragspartner:innen
  • Erstellung der SAP-Belege
  • Weitergabe der Informationen an die im Amt geführten Register
