Wir suchen im Bereich unserer Labortischplatten-Produktion Unterstützung!

Es werden Tischplatten aus Melamin, Kompakt-HPL und Steinzeug hergestellt. Die Ränder der Platten sind dabei mit einer Wulstkante, also einer erhöhten Kante ausgestattet. Die Art der Tischplatte sorgt in Laboren dafür, dass auf dem Tisch ausgelaufene Chemikalien nicht den Tisch verlassen können.

Die Bewerber\*innen werden Teil eines Produktionsteams von rund 7 Personen und werden von uns entsprechend des Aus- und Vorbildungsstandes angelernt.

In der Abteilung werden die Tischplatten und die entsprechenden Kanten separat hergestellt. Dabei werden die Kanten aus Epoxidharz gefertigt und maschinell nachbearbeitet.

Die eigentlichen Tischplatten werden mit CNC-Fräsen formatiert und individuell auf Kundenwunsch bearbeitet werden.

Das Aufgabenfeld umfasst also:

  • Herstellung der Epoxidharz-Kanten
  • Nachbearbeitung der Epoxidharz-Kanten
  • Montage der Kanten auf den Tischplatten
  • Einbau von Becken und Ablaufflächen
  • Schleifen der Epoxidharz-Wulstkanten an der Platte

Da wir auch Tischplatten aus Feinsteinzeug herstellen, werden bei uns im Haus auch Fliesen zugeschnitten und verfugt. Auch diese Aufgabe kann von Bewerber\*innen übernommen werden.

Diese Stelle verlangt keine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung! Wir setzen Motivation und Interesse voraus und werden euch alles weiter beibringen.

Gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) setzen wir für die Stellenbesetzung voraus.
