Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) für unser Ambulantes Team in Wahrenholz in Teilzeit mit 80 bis 120 Stunden pro Monat im Früh-/Spät-/Wochenenddienst.

GESUCHT WERDEN:

  • Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)
  • Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Pflegeassistent*innen (m/w/d)
  • Pflegehelfer*in (m/w/d)
  • ungelernte Kräfte/ Quereinsteiger( m/w/d)

DIE AUFGABENBEREICHE SIND SEHR UNTERSCHIEDLICH:

  • Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege der Klienten*innen und* Patient*innen* in der häuslichen Umgebung
  • Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen

  • Sie packen mit an und sind ein Teamplayer egal ob m/ w oder d
  • Bereitschaft für Arbeiten am Wochenende
  • Ein großes Herz und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
