Mit Leidenschaft für Qualität und exzellenten Kundenservice sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Produkte den Kunden überzeugen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Innendienst in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Std./Woche).

Ihre Aufgaben: Vielseitig & Verantwortungsbewusst

  • Auftragsabwicklung: Eigenverantwortliche Annahme, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen in unserem ERP-System.
  • Logistik-Koordination: Organisation des nationalen / internationalen Versands, Erstellung von Lieferdokumenten und Abstimmung mit Speditionen und Logistikdienstleistern.
  • Kommunikation: Zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Kunden und Lieferanten bezüglich Auftragsstatus, Lieferterminen und Rückfragen.
  • Beschaffung & Bestellwesen: Überwachung von Lagerbeständen sowie Auslösung und Überwachung von Bestellungen bei Lieferanten.
  • Stammdatenpflege: Sorgfältige Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Logistik oder im Vertriebsinnendienst.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
