Im Angebot sind verschiedene Reinigungsartikel und Maschinen für Boden, Wand und Decken. Systemtechniker beraten vor Ort und bieten Problemlösungen an. Beste Produktkenntnisse sind aus langjähriger Erfahrung und eigener Herstellung vorhanden.

Zur Unterstützung für unseren Innendienst suchen wir ab sofort

# Mitarbeiter Innendienst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie bearbeiten Anfragen und Bestellungen von Kunden und bearbeiten diese bis zur Rechnungslegung
  • telefonisch beraten Sie unsere Kunden zu unserem breiten Produktsortiment
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Datenpflege und Stammdatenänderung
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Klärung offener Vorgänge und erledigen allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Qualifikationen:

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ersten Vertriebserfahrungen und gehen sicher mit dem MS-Office-Paket um (insb. Excel)
  • Sie sind ein kommunikativer Mensch, der mit seiner positiven Art ein freundliches und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten an den Tag legt
  • Sie arbeiten gern im Team und überzeugen durch Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
