Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Spritzgussmaschinen und Peripheriegeräten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an mechanischen, hydraulischen, pneumatischen und elektrischen Systemen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch schnelle Fehlerdiagnose
  • Durchführung vorbeugender Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (Predictive Maintenance)
  • Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Optimierung von Anlagen hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und externen Dienstleistern
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbares
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise im Kunststoffspritzgussbereich
  • Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen
