Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgst für eine schnelle und zielgerichtete Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen
Du verantwortest die Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Störungen in der IT-Infrastruktur sowie in internen Softwareportalen
Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von IT-Projekten
Du übernimmst die Wartung, Installation und Verwaltung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
Du verantwortest die Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Infrastruktur

Dein Profil
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen Betriebssystemen und den MS Office Paketen sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Du kannst fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Serviceorientierung und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus
Du bist ein Teamplayer, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und möchtest dich weiterentwickeln
