In der IT-Produktion sorgen wir für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der automatisierten IT-Prozesse unseres Unternehmens. Dazu entwickeln, betreuen und optimieren wir unsere Batchabläufe und treiben die Automatisierung kontinuierlich voran. Ein wichtiger Bestandteil ist das Output-Management, mit dem wir die an die Dokumentenerstellung anschließenden Prozesse steuern und weiterentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
Du arbeitest dich in unser bestehendes sowie in unser neues Output-Management-System ein und unterstützt aktiv die Migration.
Du übernimmst im weiteren Verlauf die Betreuung, Pflege und Wartung beider Systeme.
Du entwickelst die Abläufe unserer Workload Automation weiter und passt diese an neue Anforderungen an.
Du unterstützt bei der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (Incidents).
Du entwickelst eigene Skripte, um Automatisierungs- und Bereinigungsprozesse (Cleanup-Prozesse) zu erweitern und zu optimieren.

Dein Profil
Du verfügst über grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse und ein gutes Verständnis für technische Abläufe, idealerweise erworben durch eine entsprechende Aus- oder Weiterbildung.
Du interessierst dich für die Arbeit mit Output-Management-Systemen und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
Idealerweise bringst du bereits Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen wie PowerShell mit.
Du bist offen für neue Aufgaben und motiviert, deine fachlichen Kenntnisse kontinuierlich zu erweitern und dich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
