  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Freundliche und kompetente Bedienung der Kunden an der Kasse
  • Durchführung von Retouren und Reklamationen
  • Beratung der Kunden zu aktuellen Angeboten und Aktionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Warenserviceteam und Verkaufsteam

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise erste Branchen- und Produktkenntnisse durch eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder sonstige Praxiserfahrungen im Einzelhandel
  • Leidenschaft für den Einzelhandel und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gutes Gespür für Trends, hochwertige Marken und Qualität
  • Ein offenes und kommunikatives Wesen
  • Herzblut für deine Kunden und guten Service
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
