Was gibt es zu tun?

  • Sie betreuen unsere Individualdruckaufträge ab Auftragserteilung bis zur Auslieferung an den Kunden und sind dabei erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
  • Sie begleiten Andrucke mit Kunden oder intern mit dem Qualitätsmanagement.
  • Sie machen vor Übergabe der Aufträge an die Druckvorstufe einen Vorabcheck der Druckdaten.
  • Sie erstellen alle Arbeitspapiere von der Auftragsbestätigung bis zur Ausgangsrechnung.
  • Sie übernehmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement die Reklamationsbearbeitung.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Werbe,- Verlags- oder Druckbranche;
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden sowie sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse;
  • Stressresistenz, Teamfähigkeit und gute Problemlösungskompetenz;
  • sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen;
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Branchensoftware „Prinance“ sind von Vorteil.
