  • ###### Beschreibung
  • Als Mitarbeiter Kundenbetreuung \(m/w/d\) wickeln Sie vollständig eingehende Kundenaufträge ab
  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Kunden, Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Kalkulation von Preisen und Rabatten
  • Terminkoordination und -verfolgung

  • Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen der Automobilbranche suchen wir Mitarbeitende in der Kundenbetreuung, die Kunden kompetent beraten und unterstützen.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder einem ähnlichen CRM-System
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres, kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Teamfähige Persönlichkeit
