  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Kunden, Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Betands- und Neukunden
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
  • Kalkulation von Preisen und Rabatten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Terminkoordination und -verfolgung

  • Unser Kunde aus der Elektroindustrie setzt auf Servicequalität. Werden Sie Teil eines Teams, das Kundenbeziehungen partnerschaftlich gestaltet.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen CRM-System von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres, kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Teamfähige Persönlichkeit
