Wir suchen einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Fahrzeugabholung begleitet und mit Leidenschaft rund um Motorradzubehör und Fahrerausstattung berät.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Motorradzentrum
  • Begleitung des gesamten Serviceprozesses von der Terminannahme bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe
  • aktive Kommunikation mit Kunden zu Servicearbeiten und deren Fortschritt
  • Beratung und Verkauf von Motorradzubehör, Bekleidung und Fahrerausstattung
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Werkstattterminen und Serviceaufträgen
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und begeisternden Kundenerlebnisses

## Dein Profil

  • Begeisterung für Motorräder und die Motorrad-Community
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Verkaufstalent und Spaß an der Beratung
  • Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Verkauf oder im Servicebereich eines Auto- oder Motorradbetriebs
  • Führerscheinklasse A ist von Vorteil
