### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Erfassung von Aufträgen und Reklamationen
  • Auskunft zu Produkten, Lieferzeiten und Rechnungen
  • Dokumentation der Vorgänge im CRM-System
  • Weiterleitung komplexer Anliegen an die Fachabteilung

### Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, Quereinstieg möglich
  • Freundliches und geduldiges Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und CRM-Systemen
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
