  • Vollständige Abwicklung von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen
  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Kunden, Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingabteilung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Terminkoordination und -verfolgung

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrungen im Customer Service oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen CRM-System von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstarkes, freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Organisierte, zuverlässige und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
