  • Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir mehrere Mitarbeiter Kundenservice vor Ort (m/w/d) – Digitale Beratung in Teilzeit 20 h an unterschiedlichen Standorten in Bremen.
  • Sie kommen aus dem Büro- oder Servicebereich und haben Spaß daran, Menschen weiterzuhelfen?
  • Dann ist das hier keine klassische Sachbearbeitung – sondern direkter Kontakt und echte Unterstützung.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Persönliche Unterstützung von Kunden bei digitalen Anliegen
  • Erklärung und Einrichtung von Online-Zugängen und Anwendungen
  • Begleitung bei ersten Schritten in digitalen Prozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Weiterleitung von Anliegen
  • Ihre Anforderungen:
  • Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, Kundenservice oder Empfang
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Anwendungen
  • Geduld, Serviceorientierung und klare Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Das erwaretet Sie:
  • Feste Arbeitszeiten am Vormittag und ggf. auch am Nachmittag
  • Klare Aufgaben ohne fachliche Tiefe oder komplexe Sachbearbeitung
