  • Bei uns ist nach 37 Stunden Feierabend. Überstunden sind die Ausnahme und werden abgefeiert oder ausbezahlt
  • Du bearbeitest Blendrahmen aus Kunststoff und stellst damit hochwertige Fensterelemente her
  • Du montierst Beschlagteile und Anbauelemente, prüfst die Qualität deiner Arbeit und bereitest die Elemente für den nächsten Fertigungsschritt vor
  • Du wirst strukturiert eingearbeitet und lernst unsere Maschinen, Arbeitsabläufe und Qualitätsstandards Schritt für Schritt kennen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an deinem Arbeitsplatz und bist gleichzeitig Teil eines eingespielten Produktionsteams
  • Dank moderner Maschinen, digitaler Fertigungsunterlagen und optimal vorbereiteter Arbeitsplätze kannst du dich voll auf deine Arbeit konzentrieren
  • Regelmäßige Teamrunden sorgen für einen guten Austausch und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in der Produktion

### Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d), Zimmerer (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf.
  • Du kennst den Umgang mit Bearbeitungsmaschinen und arbeitest präzise sowie qualitätsbewusst
