## Deine Aufgaben – hier blühst du auf

  • Warenannahme und Eingangskontrolle
  • Leergutmanagement
  • Selbstständiges und effizientes Zusammenstellen von Kundenbestellungen (Schnittblumen, Topfpflanzen und Zubehör) anhand von Bestellzetteln und mobilen Datenerfassungsgeräten
  • Qualitätskontrolle; Überprüfung auf Frische, Qualität und Unversehrtheit
  • Kommissionierung der bestellten Waren (Picken)
  • Zwischenlagern der Ware in geeigneter Form und an dafür vorgesehenen Stellplätzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Versandvorbereitung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkaufs-, Logistik- und Außendienstteam
  • Vertretung der Auslieferung im Bedarfsfall

## Dein Profil – das bringst du mit

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Kommissionierung, Lagerlogistik oder im Umgang mit Frischwaren
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Schnelligkeit
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch in Phasen mit hoher Auftragslage
  • Schichtbereitschaft, Start meist in den frühen Morgenstunden ab ca. 2.30 Uhr/3.00 Uhr
