  • Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie Erfahrung in der Gastronomie mitbringen und diese auch an andere weitergeben können.
  • Sie führen während der gesamten Landesgartenschau einen modern ausgestatteten Contrailer (Food Trailer in Container-Optik) und sind für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts von der Vorbereitung über den Verkauf bis zum Kassenabschluss mit verantwortlich.
  • Unterstützt werden Sie von Aushilfen, die Sie einarbeiten und anleiten.

Ihre Aufgaben im Wesentlichen:

  • Zubereitung und Verkauf von Speisen und Getränken
  • Anleitung von Aushilfen
  • Kontrolle von Warenbeständen
  • tägl. Kassenabschluss
  • Reinigung des Geschäfts und Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der ges. Hygienevorschriften
  • Mitwirkung bei der Personalplanung

Voraussetzungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, gerne mehrjährig
  • Erstbelehrung nach §43 IfSG oder Gesundheitszeugnis
  • Konversationssicheres Englisch
  • weitere Sprachen wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
