Flühs Drehtechnik gehört national und international zu den Marktführern der Branche. Unser mittelständiges Familienunternehmen am Standort Lüdenscheid, mit über 400 Beschäftigten, verarbeitet monatlich mehr als 1.000 Tonnen Messing- und Rotgussstangen zu Drehteilen. Als Systemlieferant und Partner der Sanitärindustrie mit Spitzentechnologie in Entwicklung, Produktion, Montage und Qualitätssicherung, sind wir weltweit in über 50 Ländern ein kompetenter Anbieter von Dreh- und Ventiltechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung jeglicher Art von Messungen mit Hilfe von Messmitteln
  • Durchführung von Sondermessungen (Wenzel Keyence SPC)
  • Durchführung von Rauheitsprüfungen und Konturprüfungen
  • Messungen per VideoCAD
  • Sichtkontrollen
  • treffen von Qualitätsentscheidungen und Veranlassen von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Vorbereitung von Stichprobenprüfungen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • -
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie
  • praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Messmitteln und Lehren
  • gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • 3-Schicht-Bereitschaft
