Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres operativen Teams am Standort in Harrislee eine/n

# Mitarbeiter Leitstellendisposition (m/w/d)

### Das kannst Du bewegen - Deine Aufgaben bei uns sind u.a.:

  • Ansprechpartner für die direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden und Subunternehmern über Aufträge und deren Abwicklung, insbesondere bei der Disposition von Schienenersatz- und Busnotverkehren in Schleswig-Holstein
  • Erarbeitung kurzfristiger Problemlösungen bei Störungen im Betriebsablauf, Fahrzeugausfall oder Personalausfall
  • Eigenständige Veranlassung und Koordination der notwendigen, geeigneten und erforderlichen internen Maßnahmen
  • Datenpflege und Bearbeitung in allen Relevanten Softwarelösungen (Tickets, Fundsachen, Auftragsbearbeitung…)

### Hiermit bewegst Du uns - Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein/e für die Aufgabe in Frage kommende kaufmännische (zum Beispiel Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel o.ä.) oder gewerblich/technische Ausbildung, erste berufliche Erfahrung und suchst eine spannende und herausfordernde Aufgabe
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten - inklusive Nachtschicht
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Organisationstalent
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel)
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude an Kommunikation und dem Umgang mit Kunden und Subunternehmern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Spaß am Arbeiten in flachen Hierarchien
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (optional englisch, dänisch oder weiteren Fremdsprachen)
