## Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellen einer sachgerechten Abwicklung von Reklamationsvorgängen
  • Beurteilung und Bearbeitung von Rücknahmen unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Rücknahmerichtlinien
  • Bereitstellung, Verpackung und Versand von Werksreklamationen / Rückkäufen
  • Durchführung innerbetrieblicher Transporte und Bereitstellung von Ladungsträgern
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsanträgen
  • Bearbeitung von i.O.-Teilen im Rahmen der Dienstleistungsvereinbarung Gewährleistung

## Das bringst du mit

  • Hauptschule oder höher sowie Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im angeforderten Bereich wünschenswert
  • Staplerschein
  • Logistische Systemkenntnisse (z.B. SAP)
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation
