## Aufgaben bei Geiger

  • Baustellenvorbereitung und Disposition von Geräten in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Koordination zur optimalen Besetzung der Baustellen
  • Erstellung von Baustelleneinrichtungsplänen und Vorbereitung der Infrastruktur
  • Erstellung von Werkszeichnungen
  • Erstellung von Terminplänen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Verfahrensauswahl für Baustellen und Vorschläge für Optimierungen
  • Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Verhandlungen mit Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der Baustellendokumentation und Abrechnung

## Darauf freuen wir uns

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Führungs- und Baustellenerfahrung, die Sie bereits in einer früheren Tätigkeit unter Beweis stellen konnten oder Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke und Verbindlichkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft im Bundesgebiet, Einsatzort und Mobile Office werden nach Bedarf definiert
