Für ein produzierendes Unternehmen in Bremen suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigungsplanung in Vollzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten
  • Terminüberwachung und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Schnittstellenkoordination mit Einkauf, Produktion und Konstruktion
  • Laufende Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Fertigungsplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Proalpha)
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
