Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Auftragsabwicklung / im B2B Customer Service.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Lager/Logistik und B2B Kunden
  • Erstellung spezifischer Transport- und Lieferdokumente gemäß den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Kunden
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung des jeweiligen Bestellprozesses sowohl in unserem CRM-System als auch parallel in den EDI-Systemen unserer Kunden
  • Erstellung kundenspezifischer Versandetiketten nach Vorgabe der Kunden bzw. Key Accounts
  • Prüfung von Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Verpackung, Versand und Dokumentation und entsprechende Abstimmung mit dem Lager
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen in der Auftragsabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Customer Service oder in der Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und/oder EDI-Schnittstellen von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Polnischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick, auch bei höherem Auftragsvolumen
