Mitarbeiter Rechnungswesen (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsverkehr und Bankbuchungen
  • Überwachung von Debitoren-, Kreditoren- sowie Darlehenskonten
  • Mitwirkung bei Liquiditätsplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Finanzanalysen
  • Verwaltung von Anlagevermögen und Unterstützung bei Inventuren
  • Betreuung von Darlehen, Fördermitteln und Finanzierungsprojekten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung grundstücksbezogener Unterlagen und Verträge
  • Unterstützung bei Umsatzsteueranmeldungen und steuerlichen Auswertungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen sowie Ansprechpartner für Prüfer

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungs- und Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
