Wir wachsen und suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (M/W/D) Controlling in Vollzeit (40h/ Woche)

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und - Prozessen
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Management-Reports und Präsentationen
  • Analyse von Kostenstrukturen sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

IHR PROFIL

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzbereich von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Ein analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und Genauigkeit
