Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Rechnungsstellung aller Lieferungen und Leistungen einschließlich der Prüfung aller rechnungsrelevanten Daten.
  • Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit internen Fachbereichen wie Sales und Programm sowie mit externen Kunden ab.
  • Sie übernehmen das Mahnwesen und verfolgen überfällige Forderungen einschließlich der Klärung offener Posten.
  • Sie verantworten umsatzsteuerliche Themen, führen die laufenden USt‑Meldungen durch und fungieren als Schnittstelle zur zentralen Steuerabteilung.
  • Als SAP‑Key‑User für den Bereich Debitoren und Faktura unterstützen Sie Projekte und fungieren als Ansprechpartner für die IT.

Anforderungen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Faktura, Umsatzsteuer und Debitorenbuchhaltung mit.
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über fortgeschrittene SAP‑Kenntnisse und einen sehr guten Umgang mit MS‑Office, insbesondere Excel.
  • Sie haben tiefergehendes Fachwissen im Bereich Umsatzsteuer.
  • Zudem bringen Sie kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse mit.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbstmanagement, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte Interaktionsfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
