Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Dialogmarketing

am Standort Rheda-Wiedenbrück

Deine Verantwortung

  • Telefonische Kundenansprache im Rahmen der Neukundenakquise und professioneller Erstkontakt
  • Repräsentation von COBUS ConCept als erste Anlaufstelle und Aufbau eines positiv in Erinnerung bleibenden Ersteindrucks
  • Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam für das Produkt APplus
  • Pflege, Aufbereitung und Dokumentation relevanter Daten im CRM‑System
  • Bedarfsermittlung und aktive Kundenbindung im IT‑Umfeld mit dem Schwerpunkt ERP
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Vertriebs- und Akquisemaßnahmen

Dein Rüstzeug

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt, im Dialogmarketing oder Vertrieb sowie Kenntnisse in Business Netzwerken (LinkedIN, XING) von Vorteil
  • Keine Vorkenntnisse im IT‑Umfeld erforderlich
  • Affinität für Vertrieb und Kommunikation
  • Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und SchriftSicheres Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und kreative Arbeitsweise
