## Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Disposition / Einsatzplanung – Büro Aschaffenburg

Zur Verstärkung unseres internen Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer LKW-Fahrer am Standort Aschaffenburg .

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer LKW-Fahrer
  • Enge Betreuung der Fahrer (Ansprechpartner bei allen operativen Themen)
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern und internen Abteilungen
  • Organisation von Touren, Einsatzzeiten und Fahrerwechseln
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben (z. B. Dokumente, Rückmeldungen, Abwesenheiten)
  • Lösung von kurzfristigen Problemen im Tagesgeschäft

### Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Disposition, idealerweise im Bereich Transport, Logistik oder Personaldienstleistung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit LKW-Fahrern und Dispositionsprozessen
  • Sehr gute Rumänischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Stressresistenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
