Wir suchen Dich für unseren modernen Kunden am Produktionsstandort in Riesa. Hier werden hochwertige Reifen für unterschiedliche Einsatzbereiche gefertigt. Der Standort steht für innovative Produktion, hohe Qualitätsstandards und effiziente Fertigungsprozesse.

Damit die hohen Anforderungen an die Produktqualität erfüllt werden, arbeiten im Reifenwerk zahlreiche Mitarbeiter\*innen in unterschiedlichen Produktions- und Fachbereichen Hand in Hand. Sorgfalt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die konsequente Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzstandards spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle.

Als Mitarbeiter m/w/d im Bereich Belegung bist Du ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Produktionsprozesses. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Einstelltätigkeiten und Bedienung der Maschinen
  • Durchführung von optischen Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erkennen und ggf. selbstständiges Nacharbeiten von Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Arbeiten nach vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Produktionsstandards

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Produktionsbereich sind von Vorteil
  • Auch für Quereinsteiger*innen bzw. Helfer*innen geeignet

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit:

  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Auge für Details
  • Bereitschaft zu längerem Stehen am gleichen Arbeitsplatz
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System Mo-Fr.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten (4-6 Wochen Anlernzeit)
