In der Position als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Farbmischung in Wallenhorst unterstützen Sie den Produktionsprozess durch die sorgfältige Herstellung von Farbmischungen und stellen die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Abwiegen und Mischen von Farben nach Rezepturvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibenden Farbqualität durch sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Bedienung einfacher Misch- und Rührgeräte
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte gemäß betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Farbmischung:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist nicht erforderlich – praktische Erfahrung in der Produktion oder mit Farb-/Chemikalienhandhabung von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur ausschließlichen Arbeit in der Frühschicht
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung und Dokumentation
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Mobilität: Führerschein Klasse B oder eigenständige Anfahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Wallenhorst erforderlich
