Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Forderungsmanagement
  • Warenkreditversicherung
  • Erstellung und Versendung der OPOS-Auswertung
  • Zahlungsdifferenzen klären
  • Kommunikation mit dem Vertriebsinnen- und Außendienst und den Händlern
  • Briefabrufe der Händler bearbeiten und versenden
  • 7-tägige Mahnläufe unter Berücksichtigung der tatsächlichen Liefertermine und etwaigen Reklamationen bzw. Rücksendungen, ggf. durch vorherige Rücksprache mit dem Vertrieb
  • Vorbereitung der Lastschriften nach Fälligkeit unter Berücksichtigung etwaiger Reklamationen, unvollständiger Lieferungen und der tatsächl. Liefertermine
  • Ablage und Pflege der im Hause zurückbehaltenen KFZ-Briefe
  • Intrastat, Erstellung und Versendung der Ein- und Ausgangsstatistik
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung von SAP
  • Prozessoptimierungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten m/w/d oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung/Forderungsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität u. Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte u. zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung des ERP-Systems Microsoft Navision/SAP
