## Willkommen bei der NOBIX München GmbH

Die NOBIX Group ist ein Managed Service Provider im Bereich Managed-Print-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Lösungen sowie Applikationen wie zum Beispiel DATEV oder Dokumenten-Management-Systeme. Aktuell beschäftigt die Gruppe rund 240 Mitarbeitende an acht Standorten in Deutschland. Die Anstellung kann am Standort München oder Gundelfingen a.d. Donau erfolgen.

## Deine Aufgaben:

Annahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung von IT-Tickets im First Level Support
Erstbearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen im Bereich Druck- und Kopiersysteme sowie angebundener IT-Infrastruktur
Unterstützung des Helpdesks bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über Ticketsystem und Telefon
Technische Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen und IT-Infrastruktur Remote oder beim Kunden vor Ort
Erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Störungen und technische Anwenderfragen
Dokumentation der Vorgänge gemäß IT-Service- und Qualitätsstandards

## Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration o. Ä.)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Helpdesk / First Level Support
Sicherer Umgang mit Ticketsystemen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes IT-Verständnis
professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise unter Einhaltung definierter IT-Prozesse und Qualitätsrichtlinien
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
