Für den Einsatz an einem Logistikstandort in Bremerhaven suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die das Team am Frontdesk (Fahrerabfertigung) unterstützen.

Einsatzort: Bremerhaven, 27572

Arbeitszeitmodelle:

  • Frühschicht: 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr
  • Spätschicht: 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anmeldung & Identitätsprüfung von ankommenden Fahrern (persönlich und über ein IT-System)
  • Kontrolle von Ausweispapieren, Führerscheinen und Lieferdokumenten
  • Ausgabe von Besucherausweisen, Sicherheitswesten und Zugangsberechtigungen
  • Erfassung und Kontrolle von Frachtpapieren (CMR, Zollunterlagen etc.)
  • Abgleich der Lieferdaten mit dem Wareneingangs-/Ausgangssystem
  • Koordination des Hofverkehrs (Zuweisung von Ladetoren, Parkplätzen und Wartezonen)
  • Ansprechpartner für Fahrer bei Fragen und Problemen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Lager, Versand, Disposition und Fahrern
  • Einhaltung und Überwachung der Sicherheitsvorschriften auf dem Gelände

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Empfang, Spedition oder ähnlicher Tätigkeit von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen (Grundlagen)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Schichtsystem (Frühschicht ab 6 Uhr, Tagesschicht, evtl. Spätschicht)
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens B1 Niveau erforderlich, Polnisch/Russisch/Ukrainisch/Rumänisch von Vorteil
