### 📌 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich AZAV-Maßnahmenzulassung

### 📄 Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Unterlagen für AZAV-Maßnahmenzulassungen 📚
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Zulassungsprozessen mit der Fachkundigen Stelle 🔍
  • Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung bestehender Maßnahmen gemäß gesetzlichen Vorgaben ⚖️
  • Mitarbeit im Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung definierter Standards ✔️
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, internen Prüfungen und Dokumentationsprozessen 🗂️
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Dozenten, Verwaltung und externen Partnern 🤝

### 👤 Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder pädagogische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im AZAV- oder QM-Bereich
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise 🧩
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 💻
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit 🤗
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einer sozialen und gemeinnützigen Organisation ❤️
