Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den ambulanten Pflege- und Gesundheitsdienst und für unsere Wohngemeinschaften in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und pflegerische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten
  • u.a. das Verabreichen vom Medikamenten
  • Dokumentation

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege und Freude an der Arbeit mit Patienten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Der Führerschein Klasse B (alt Klasse 3) ist zwingend erforderlich
