Für unsere Vertriebsabteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Vertriebssachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industrie-, Groß- und Außenhandels- oder Bürokaufmann/-frau, und arbeiten gerne selbstständig in einem abwechslungsreichen und teamorientierten Aufgabengebiet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsannahme und vollständige Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Weitergabe und Abstimmung der Aufträge mit unserer Fertigung
  • Erstellung von Versanddokumenten für Speditionen und Paketdienstleister
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Telefonische Beratung von Fach- und Endkunden
  • Unterstützung unseres Außendienstes
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Artikelstammdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Arbeiten mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word und Excel

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten:

  • Unbefristete Vollzeitanstellung mit 40 Stunden pro Woche - ggfs. auch Teilzeit (ab 30 Wochenstunden) möglich
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten:
  • Montag bis Donnerstag von 7:30 bis 17:00 Uhr, Freitag von 7:30 bis 12:45 Uhr
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Gründliche Einarbeitung in unsere Produkte und betrieblichen Abläufe
