Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere internationale Kundschaft im Bereich der Kabelindustrie.
  • Sie unterstützen Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Vertrieb bei der Angebotserstellung.
  • Sie wickeln selbstständig das Ersatzteilgeschäft und diverse Serviceaufträge ab und sind hierbei der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden.
  • Sie kümmern sich im Rahmen laufender Projekte um die weltweite Versandabwicklung und die damit verbundenen Zollformalitäten.

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen:

  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst (idealerweise im Bereich Kabelindustrie), Ersatzteil und Servicegeschäft.
  • Erfahrung im Versand von Industriegütern sowie der zugehörigen Zollabwicklung.
  • Sie sind teamfähig, aufgeschlossen, vorausschauend, belastbar, flexibel und durchsetzungsstark. Zudem verfügen Sie über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen innerhalb und außerhalb Europas stellen für Sie kein Problem dar.
  • Kenntnisse mit den MS-Office-Produkten und idealerweise ERP-Anwendungen wie z. B. MS-Navision.
