Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Vertriebsinnendienst mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgabenstellungen (z.B. Kundenbetreuung, Korrespondenz in Englisch/Deutsch, allgemeine Büroarbeiten) und übernehmen eigenverantwortlich die Koordination und Abwicklung von Projekten und Sonderaufgaben (z.B. Messeorganisation, Planung etc.).

Die Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung (FIBU) oder die Bereitschaft, sich in dieses Aufgabenfeld einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sind wünschenswert
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich
  • Eigeninitiative, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Selbständigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Lexware Erfahrung von Vorteil
