Für unsere Wohneinrichtung "Utspann" suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Hauswirtschaft in den Bereichen Haus- und Wäschepflege.

Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit kann individuell vereinbart werden. Optimalerweise zwischen 15-25 Stunden / Woche. Der Dienst beginnt um 6:30 Uhr und endet um ca. 13/14 Uhr Uhr. Die Kollegen wechseln sich an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen ab. Sodass Sie jedes zweite Wochenende im Dienst sind. Die Feiertage werden ebenfalls kollegial abgesprochen und verteilt. Für Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit bekommen Sie steuerfreie Zuschläge in Höhe von 26% (Sonntag) und 135% (Feiertag).

Dazu stehen Ihnen bei einer 5-Tage-Woche 30 Tage Urlaub zu.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Reinigung und Pflege unserer Räumlichkeiten. Dazu zählen insbesondere:

\* Reinigung der Bewohnerzimmer und Bewegungsflächen

\* Reinigung und Pflege der Flure und Gemeinschaftsbereiche

\* Reinigung des Speisesaals

\* Reinigung der Personalräume und Büros

\* Reinigung und Pflege der sanitären Anlagen

\* Allgemeine Reinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten zur Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene in unserem Haus

\* Unterstützung bei anfallenden Aufgaben im Bereich Haus- und Wäschereinigung
