Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt unbefristet einen

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

für die Information / Leitstelle / Pforte

in Teilzeit (50 %), befristet auf ein Jahr.

Ihre Aufgaben

Empfang und Weiterleitung von Patienten, Angehörigen und Besuchern
Annahme, Beantwortung und Weiterleitung eingehender interner und externer Telefonanrufe
Erledigung organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben, z. B. Schlüsselverwaltung und Abwicklung von Notfällen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Wechselschichtdienst (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtdienst)
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches, professionelles Auftreten
Teamorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
