Glubo Immobilienkonzepte ist ein inhabergeführtes Unternehmen mit Sitz in Bochum und unterstützt Eigentümer, Investoren, Verkäufer und Käufer von Immobilien bei ihren Vorhaben. Unser Leistungsportfolio erstreckt sich von der Bestands- und WEG-Verwaltung, über die Planung und Betreuung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen, Projektentwicklung, Bauträgermaßnahmen bis hin zur Maklertätigkeit. In Zusammenarbeit mit z. B. Investoren erarbeiten wir regelmäßig Konzepte für die Sanierung alter Wohn- und Gewerbeobjekte im Raum Bochum und Umgebung.

Als Verstärkung für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Pflege der Objekte in Teil- oder Vollzeit

### Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Rasen- und Heckenschnitt

Laub und Unrat entfernen

Winterdienst

ggf. Entrümpelungen von Keller oder Gemeinschaftsflächen

Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit

Sie sind Inhaber eines Führerscheins (min. der Klasse B)

Einsatzbereich: Ruhrgebiet, primär Bochum, Herne, Gelsenkirchen
