Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen, welches in den letzten Jahren seine Geschäftsfelder entwickelt und weiterentwickelt hat. Wir sind im Wartburgkreis in Thüringen tätig und bieten Pflegeleistungen in unseren vier stationären Einrichtungen in Bad Salzungen, Bad Liebenstein, Vacha und Marksuhl an.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Einrichtung Marksuhl zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin

# Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Zusatzbetreuung nach § 43b und 53c SGB XI

auf geringfügiger Basis (Minijob).

Die Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgabengebiete:

  • Betreuung und gezielte Aktivierung der Bewohner
  • Bereitstellung verschiedenster Betreuungsangebote mit Rücksichtnahme auf die individuellen Fähigkeiten, Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Bewohner
  • Motivation der Bewohner zu Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung und Betreuung in der Alltagsgestaltung durch niederschwellige Angebote, wie beispielsweise: Basteln, Malen und kreative Techniken, Singen, Musizieren, Backen und Kochen, Bewegungsübungen und Spaziergänge, Betreuung bei Ausflügen und Veranstaltungen

Sie verfügen über:

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation zur zusätzlichen Betreuungskraft
  • physische Stabilität im Umgang mit verhaltensbedingten Besonderheiten
  • Organisationstalent und soziale Kompetenz
  • Phantasie, Kreativität und Flexibilität
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
