  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen flexiblen und zuverlässigen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Empfang mit Einlasskontrolle. Die Tätigkeit verbindet den klassischen Empfang mit der Einlass- und Zutrittskontrolle sowie der Telefonzentrale und Postbearbeitung.

Ihre Aufgaben!

  • Empfang und Anmeldung von Besuchern
  • Einlass- und Zutrittskontrolle
  • Bedienung der Telefonzentrale
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Weiterleitung von Besuchern und Anrufen

Ihr Profil!

  • Sachkundeprüfung nach § 34a GewO (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches, gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität für Vertretungs- und Urlaubseinsätze
