## Die Hoffleischerei Schulz ist ein regional verwurzelter Betrieb mit Standorten in Wittingen und Wendischbrome. Wir stehen für traditionelles Handwerk und hochwertige Fleisch- und Wurstwaren direkt aus der Region.

### Wir suchen Verstärkung in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Fleischer (m/w/d): Durchführung sämtlicher handwerklicher Tätigkeiten im Bereich Zerlegung und Produktion.
  • Fachverkäufer im Lebensmittelhandwerk (m/w/d): Kompetente Kundenberatung, aktiver Verkauf unserer Spezialitäten sowie ansprechende Thekengestaltung.
  • Quereinsteiger (m/w/d): Wir bieten motivierten Bewerbern ohne Vorkenntnisse eine umfassende Einarbeitung in den Verkauf oder die Produktion.

### Konditionen und Arbeitszeit:

  • Arbeitszeitmodelle: Wir bieten maximale Flexibilität in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder auf Minijob-Basis (Geringfügige Beschäftigung).
  • Vergütung: Eine leistungsgerechte Bezahlung sowie ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem familiären Team.

### Anforderungen:

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen (für den Verkauf).
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine saubere Arbeitsweise.
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fleischerei/Verkauf, jedoch sind ausdrücklich auch Quereinsteiger willkommen.
