# Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Konstruktion & Arbeitsvorbereitung

Für unseren Kunden in Ganderkesee suchen wir Dich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Konstruktion & Arbeitsvorbereitung.

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Konstruktion von GFK-Bauteilen und Baugruppen mit Blick auf eine wirtschaftliche Fertigung
  • Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei Fertigungsplanung, Materialbeschaffung und Terminverfolgung
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen

## DEIN PROFIL:

  • Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks) sowie MS Office
  • Verständnis für Fertigungsabläufe und Herstellungsverfahren
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich GFK-/CFK-Verbundwerkstoffe oder Schiffbau sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
