Wir betreuen Arztpraxen mit moderner Praxissoftware – T2med – und unterstützen sie im Alltag bei Fragen, Problemen und der optimalen Nutzung der Software.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Software-Support.

Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung der Praxen bei Software-Fragen zu T2med per Telefon, E-Mail und Fernwartung

Nach der Einarbeitungsphase optional:

  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
  • Begleitung neuer Kund\*innen beim Start mit T2med

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Support oder Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Software
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lernbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Medizinische Ausbildung ist willkommen – aber kein Muss.
