  • In der Mehlgasse, einer der schönsten Gassen der historischen Altstadt in Koblenz, liegt das Bistro Pfefferminzje mit seiner gemütlichen Außenterrasse im Brunnenhof. Benannt ist das Café nach einer Frau, die im 20. Jahrhundert für ihren Lebensunterhalt Pfefferminzbonbons verkaufte.
  • Das Pfefferminzje ist für besondere Frühstücke bekannt, die Langschläfern bis 17 Uhr serviert werden. Die selbst gebackenen Kuchen und das frische Speisenangebot machen das Café zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt für Jung und Alt.
  • Neben den Gerichten für den kleinen Hunger können sich Gäste auf ein wechselndes Angebot an Pfannkuchen Variationen, Pasta Gerichten, Salaten und mehr freuen.
  • Im Ausschank sind regionale-, BIO- und vegane Weine.
  • Auch die wohlduftenden Kaffeespezialitäten locken. Verschiedene Kaffeesorten sind im Angebot, unter anderem eine speziell für das Café Pfefferminzje kreierte Kaffeemischung.
  • Lecker sind auch verschiedene Sorten an Trinkschokoladen und Schokoladen. Die Auswahl reicht von klassisch bis experimentell – fair gehandelt, aus biologischem Anbau und viele auch vegan.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte

### Küchenhilfe (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit/Teilzeit (flexibel nach Absprache).

Ihr Profil:

  • Gute Kenntnisse im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich (spülen, Hygienekenntnisse)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Vorbereiten und Anrichten von Speisen
  • Gerne Kenntnisse in der modernen Küche (bio-vegan / vegetarisch)
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und teamfähiges Verhalten werden vorausgesetzt
